Other Oral Pain and Inflammatory Conditions

We use a low-level laser therapy technology to manage other oral pain and inflammatory conditions

Our class IV low-level laser therapy known as photobiomodulation is recommended for regenerative, non-Invasive therapy, and pain management utilizing photons of light to modulate mitochondria at a biological level of the body cell leading to increased VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor), molecular blood flow, and angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels). This reduces pain and inflammation, enhances tissue healing, and increases blood circulation. Hence, it is used to manage the following conditions:

  • Post-surgical pain, edema, and inflammation
  • Post-trauma pain, edema, and inflammation
  • Dry mouth and bad mouth odor
  • Burning mouth and tongue syndrome
  • Herpes Simplex and Herpes Zoster
  • Post-radiation or traumatic ulcerations
  • Tooth or teeth hypersensitivity
