Dr. R. A. Abdel-Fattah (to the left) is an honor graduate of faculty of dentistry in Cairo, Egypt. He earned a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville with emphasis on Biomaterials and a Master in professional Studies with concentration on Biomechanical Trauma from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. He has extensive post-graduate education in various branches of dentistry focusing of prevention, diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of Orofacial Pain and TMJ disorders, Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. He completed a special education program on the diagnosis and Treatment of Orofacial pain and TMJ disorders at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Abdel-Fattah has published scientific articles and books, some of which are; Evaluating and Managing Temporomandibular Injuries, Preventing TMJ and OSG injuries in Dental Practice and Rating TMJ permanent Impairment. He is associated with numerous professional organizations. He is a member of American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast Dental Association, and South Palm Beach Dental Society. In addition, he is a fellow of the American Academy of Craniofacial pain and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain *, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain *, American Academy of Pain Management * American Academy of Biomechanical Trauma *, American College of Forensic examiners*. Moreover, he is a master of the International College of Craniomandibualr Orthopedics*. Dr. Abdel-Fattah has lectured extensively on the subject of Orofacial Pain and TMJ disorders in the United States and Abroad.
Dr. M. M. Alattar (to the right) is a graduate of Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo, Egypt. She has a post graduate training in Oral pathology from the School of Dentistry, University of Florida. Dr. Alattar is a former Associate clinical professor at the college of Dentistry at the university of Florida. She has an extensive post-graduate education in various branches of dentistry including orofacial pain , TMJ disorder, Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. She has also published scientific articles on the interpretation of oral Maxillofacial radiographs. She has been a member of American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast Dental Association and South Palm Beach Dental Society. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Oral Maxillofacial Pathology.
